How do you prefer to install XOT on an xbox? I couldn't find it in the xbox-addons-plugin. But I might have screwed my install up a bit as well Are you always running nightly or the stable branch?

I tried to install this on my xbox but all it said was that I needed to update xbmc to Frodo (from Eden). I think I have the 3.2 release of xbmc but that's not enough? Is there any other way to run xot?

Webdav didn't work that good with that server. It was slow to browse and hung sometimes. Post back when I have another idea

I got it to work with webdav so I'll start of with that! I've also researched the possibility to compile samba from scratch... who nows maybe that's the way to go..

How good does FTP sources work? It seems to be pretty straight forward to set up a FTP server on OSX so it might be an alternative. From what I understand the problem with SMB is that Apple only built support for SMB protocol v2 and XBMC only uses V1. Is that so? Any idea if XBMC ever will implement...
