Most BIOSes start up C:\evoxdash.xbe which is basically a shortcut to anywhere.
Google "XBE Shortcut Maker" - you can create a shortcut to e:\xbmc\default.xbe or anywhere you want to have your XBMC and it will boot.

Many thanks for your builds! My Xbox was sitting in the basement for some years and I just upgraded its XBMC. I had to change the theme first to be able to add f:/games as a source, otherwise it wouldn't find my games. That worked, but now I'm struggling with displaying the savegames. The old XBMC h...
