No image shows in that window when the preview button is highlighted. When you press A on the button the video will play. (As you know)

The password will always be different as it’s generated with the eeprom HDDkey, model number and serial of the HDD.

So if you have the same HDDKey on all Xbox you can swap drives no issue. (The password is irrelevant to you)

You can run the ISO off the HDD. Two ways to achieve this.

1. Build the source but use the Build XISO Application.bat
(FTP the new folder to your Applications directory)
