This is how I’m doing it. Iused the XBMC downloader on the Xbox to download the latest version as a zip file. But, something must’ve gone wrong when whoever compiled it, compiled it. It wasn’t letting me add sources for any of the Program subcategories, so I’m giving this a go.

Scratch that. That tutorial is confusing in the sense that TortoiseSVN is not the same as the program the tutorial page shows.

Nevermind. I misunderstood the tutorial. I just created a folder on my desktop and opened it. I then right clicked in it and from there I got it.

I think that most of you know the following video, but for who doesn’ t I recommend it so much, it is a very big memorial of our “little black box”. Player two: http://youtu.be/gCtSgb-b7zg

    Hi!

I reported an issue with MKV subtitle back in November 2014 here: https://www.xbmc4xbox.org.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=3389&p=26039

I just tested 3.5.3 and unfortunately, the problem is still present.

    Regards,
    Ramon

Well, Still kinda seems like almost None of the kodi addons work and same goes for the xbmc4xbox ports of addons such as 1chan and youtube and genesis and exodus etc etc etc etc and there doesn’t seem to be any decent way to install repos and install addons from a repository maybe if I knew exactly where the metahandlers etc etc are supposed to be stored on the drive I could ftp stuff into the right folders but the layout is just different than for a pc or anything… , so far the only video addon I have seen actually working is Videodevil but only with certain videos must have something to do with the formats, and 1chan doesn’t even try to work, icefilms no go Icefilms4xbox or whatever that’s not working but it does have menus and stuff…, The Infowars one tries to work but doesn’t load videos, I tried notfilmon since that’s the version of filmon that actually works best and Well That Tries to work but doesn’t end up loading the videos But it tries to…, crackle2 brings up menus and stuff but doesn’t actually load into a list of files or play anything…, Oh TuneinRadio still Works fine on Xbmc …, as does the Weather App I think its yahoo weather… and some basic picture apps like garfield and dilbert and google imgs seem to work…,

I don’t know about anyone else but I’d be happy if I could just get youtube and something like 1chan or icefilms or genesis or exodus or specto or any of those to work but I mean there’s tunein radio that still works for streaming radio…, and I think yahoo weather for weather, and Well videodevil pretty much works for porn if your into that sorta thing…, although it’s picky about formats I think.., actually xbmc4xbox seems to be very picky about video formats all together…, it seems to Hate mp4 with a passion and has no regard for flv…

I don’t get it entirely to be honest I mean, XBMC Started from the very beginning as A Seriously Awesome Project that from its very roots was slapped together by badass hackers for the purposes of watching free videos and streaming music etc etc… am I wrong I mean because that’s what it became and that’s what made it cool…, Correct me if I’m wrong…, but now Kodi is specifically developing their new versions to Block the Good Apps that make it worth using in the first place.., and everyone seems to be following suit…, I mean don’t get me wrong Kodi and XBMC still look cool but it’s kinda like a Really Nice looking Car if You take all the Gas out of it then it’s going nowhere….
